Sip la dolce vita as we embark on a sparkling Italian adventure. Beyond popular Prosecco, Italy produces beautiful fizz in many styles. We’ll also sample Franciacorta, Champagne’s Gucci cousin, a natural Col Fondo, grill-friendly Lambrusco red, and delicious dessert bubbles - all ready to pair with steamy summertime fun. Guided by International Somm, MJ Hecox, 7pm, Monday, August 14, $25 for five+ pours. Walk-ins are welcome if there is space, but we recommend purchasing tix in advance. We'll be pouring amongst the bookshelves, so just let us know on arrival if you'd prefer seated accommodations. Sunscreen not required.
